Shipping
Orders placed after 4pm or on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class Mail.

Returns
Due to the specialized nature of our products there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges on non-defective products.

In-Store Pickups
Place your oder online, pay by credit card and it will be ready SAME DAY for you to pick up locally in Dallas. Just choose "Pick Up" under delivery options.
